Meadows Mixer – Mixed Doubles Event

Sunday, 03-29 | 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Join us for a fun and competitive mixed doubles event at Cross Court! Open to both members and non-members, this mixer is a great opportunity to meet new players and enjoy structured match play.

We’ll have 15 teams, divided into 3 pools of 5. Teams will play a round robin within their pool, with each match being one game to 11.

After the first round:

• The top 5 teams will move into Pool A

• The next 5 teams into Pool B

• The remaining 5 teams into Pool C

Each pool will then play a second round robin, ensuring competitive and balanced matchups throughout the event.

8 games guaranteed per team

A great mix of fun, competition, and community, don’t miss it!

Game Format Reminder – Games to 11 for Drop-Ins & Leagues

All games are played to 11, win by 2. This format is intentional and helps keep sessions running smoothly for everyone.

By keeping games to 11, we’re able to maintain consistent rotations, ensure players aren’t waiting too long between games, and give everyone equal opportunity to get on court and play. When games run longer than expected, it can quickly impact the flow of the entire session.

We know some games can be close and it’s tempting to extend them, but sticking to the format helps keep things fair and organized for all players involved.

Please wrap up and exit the court within three minutes of your booking ending.
