Can't Wait to See You on the Courts!
The countdown is on — and we’re getting more excited by the day! Cross Court at the Meadows is almost ready, and we can’t wait to open the doors and become part of the incredible pickleball scene here on Vancouver Island.
With 5 indoor courts at Arbutus Meadows Farm (1515 Island Hwy E), we’re building more than just a facility — we’re creating a place where players of all ages and skill levels can come together to learn, compete, laugh, and connect.
We operate as an unstaffed facility, but don’t let that fool you — our heart is in the community. This is a place where kindness matters, all players are welcome, and everyone from total beginners to seasoned competitors can find their groove.
Whether you’re looking for drop-in fun, competitive play, or just a place to connect and stay active — you belong here. 💛
We’re Coming to Build (...but please don’t visit just yet!)
We (Steve, Deanna, and crew) are heading to the island next week to help finish the build. We’ll be working hard on-site starting July 3rd — and while we'd love to meet you all, please don’t drop by to visit… we’re on a tight schedule to get everything ready for you!
Also — for those of you who signed up and said you’d be pre-purchasing memberships, now’s the time!
Court rentals begin July 15, and bookings will open a few days before that — we’ll send a reminder when the calendar goes live.

A Facility Manager to help oversee daily operations
Community Ambassadors to keep things tidy and welcoming
Coaches to lead lessons, intro sessions, and clinics — help us grow and inspire others!

Pre-Register for Memberships – Get Ready to Play!
We are accepting pre-registration for memberships at Cross Court at the Meadows!
You’ll be charged at the time of registration, but your membership won’t officially begin until we open in July.
If you sign up for a monthly plan, your first paid month will run from July 15 to August 15, 2025.
If you choose an annual membership, it will be active from July 15, 2025, to July 15, 2026.
Only members can book courts or register for programming, so secure your spot now!
